This blog has been designed to provide information about the activities held at the social studies bilingual sections in CPI Tino Grandío (Guntín,Spain). The English language and Social Studies teachers have elaborated most of the resources you can see but our "auxiliares de conversa" also have their own page and posts. Therefore everyone is invited to have a look .

Reid's Spot

Hello students of CPI TIno Grandio!

My name is Reid Wagner and I will be your student teacher this year. I am very excited to get to know you all and come to your school.

I am from Seattle, WA in the United States. However, I have spent the last four years living in San Diego and attending the University of San Diego.

I grew up playing a lot of baseball, and played on the club team at my university. Now I like to hike, rock climb, and ski in the winter.

I can't wait to meet you all, and hear about what interests you have. If you have any recommendations for things to do in Galicia I would love to hear them!

I want to learn to speak Spanish as well, so hopefully you all could help me with my Spanish and I will help with English!

Ready for a great year. See you soon!

-Reid

  17. Hi Reid! I'm Antía, I am a student of 4ºESO in CPI Tino Grandío. Galicia is a beautiful place to visit. You can go to Miño or As catedrais two of the most common beaches in Lugo. I think all the coast is so beautifull. Lugo is a city not so big but very nice. You can walk arround the Roman wall or eat in one of our restaurants. For example you can try the octopus in this San Froilán. You must try the typicall food of Galicia such us filloas or caldo. And also some seafood but I recommend you try it in one restaurant in the coast.
